How We Work

We’ll sit down together and get to know each other, usually over coffee while we munch on homemade baked goods. We want to know what keeps you up at night and what concerns you have for your family’s future. Much more than a quick survey, we want to know your personal story and get a solid understanding of your goals.

  • Are there loved ones who would require special care after you’re gone?
  • Do you have specific retirement goals that will need to be addressed through succession planning?
  • Are you facing complex issues that affect both your personal and professional life?
  • Do you have questions regarding estate planning or taxes?
  • What are your near-term goals—retirement or preparing to raise a family?

You’ll have a chance to learn about us. You’ll find out how highly we value and honor genuine relationships and how deeply we care about the people we serve. We’ll engage in conversations that will make you think, introducing you to a fresh perspective in place of tired methodologies.

Our first objective is to find out if we’re compatible—do we like each other and is there a sense that we can we trust each other? Trust is the foundation of everything we do, and necessary before any working relationship can be formed.

As we move forward, working together is simple. We listen well and ask all the questions needed to gain a complete understanding of your goals and design a plan to help you reach them. We skip the jargon and provide clear explanations of the strategies designed for you and make sure you understand every detail.

We’re committed to your success and strive to be the one advisor you turn to in every situation. We believe in being reachable and approachable, always available by phone or email, and are proud of the fact that many of our closest friends started out as clients.
